A world of veggie cuisines at Inner Circle

Inner Circle, a multi-cuisine restaurant offers pure vegetarian delicacies from a variety of world cuisines. Located in Somajiguda, the 150-seater restaurant is a veggie's delight.

The choice of cuisines here includes Indian, Continental, Mughlai and Chinese. "Most of the standard vegetarian specialty restaurants dish out routine stuff from Indian cuisine ignoring other cuisines. There's a world of delicacies waiting to be explored in other global cuisines and that's what we enable our customers to do," says Pradeep Dutt, Vice President of Inner circle.

The place which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offers a wide mix of world cuisines dished out by experienced chefs. While the typical corporate crowd converges here for lunch, it is mostly families, couples and even expatriates during dinner time. The décor is very contemporary yet pleasant. The lighting is mostly indirect and soft.

Talking about the almost two year old eatery's quick rise to popularity amongst city foodies, Ramesh Chandra, Executive Chef at Inner Circle says, "Variety, especially from several cuisines is our biggest strength. Customers can actually discover a whole new world in vegetarian food. Through Inner Circle we want to challenge the notion that vegetarian food offers a limited variety".

Paneer Dhania Kalimirch, Shahi Sabzi, Lucknowi Sabji are some of the best signature recipes made by the chef. The buffet offers you a huge variety of dishes.

The restaurant doesn't offer bar facility. It is favourite food stop for many Tollywood stars and Prachi Desai from Bollywood is a regular visitor to this restaurant whenever she is in city.

About the success mantra of Inner Circle, the chef smiles and says, "The dessert section at this multi-cuisine restaurant ensures that all our customers not just start with a delicious meal, but also end it in style. Couple all this with unmatched taste and therein lies the recipe of our success."
